Car Parks in Weymouth
We do have a very limited number of parking permits available. We prioritise these for guests that book direct. It allows street parking which is in the area around the harbour and beach. The F zone parking area.
(Although booking direct doesn’t guarantee a permit or a space)
We have found the best place to park is using the Just Park app. Put in our postcode DT4 8BN and it should bring up all the options available. However, we have found the Asda car park which is a 12 min walk is a great value. You can also enter and leave the space during your booking. Daily charge is £2.25 weekly £11.25 approx. We suggest you come to the guesthouse and unload your luggage then we can help with parking.
Governors’ Lane car park 75 yards away. Justpark location 6213. If checking in at 3pm you can park and pay for the max stay of 3 hours @ £2.20 Then you can park for free from 6pm- 8am. You can add another 3 hours after 6pm, which will allow you to park until 11am. So perfect if you are just staying one night.
The Pavilion car park offers 24 hours parking for £15 in the summer (£9 in the winter) for the day. It also offers an hourly rate. It has 479 spaces and is just 0.2 miles away, a 5 min walk. If using this car park, you can drop your luggage at The Wadham before parking.
We will do our best to inform guests of changes to parking charges, though we always recommend checking the Dorset Council or Just park website.
